Each one of us is born into our own  particular  family. No one asks to be born. We find ourselves  born into an environment, in a certain position within that group of people and our task is to survive and get as many of our needs met as possible.  You may be an ‘Only Child’, a ‘Middle Child’, a ‘first born’, the ‘baby’. Whatever the position it will have had a major impact on how we develop our sense of ‘Self’ and how others see us. You may be very aware of the impact other members of the family have had on you or you may think it has had no effect on how you live your life. This workshop will explore how patterns of relationship set up as children may determine how we do ‘relationship’ for the rest of our lives…
