Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: For appointments: Sessions booked on the site are paid for in advance. If you have a problem with a booked session please contact Jules to see if it is possible to reschedule. Otherwise the full fee is paid for a cancellation. For workshops: Workshops booked on this site are paid for in advance. If the booking is cancelled less than 1 month of the course date the full fee is charged. For Courses: Courses booked on this site are paid for in advance if the booking is cancelled less than 2 months prior to the start of the course the full fee is charged. If in the unusual event the Appointment, Workshop or Courses has to be cancelled by Jules you will be offered a rescheduled appointment, a place on a subsequent workshop or course or a full refund.
