What are Stokes?

The word has become part of everyday language but few people realise the word comes from the world of Transactional Analysis. Berne describes a stroke as a unit of recognition. The important thing about them is that strokes are vital to the healthy development of a child. Even as grown-ups we all need them and construct the way we are with people in order to get them.

This workshop will explore how we get strokes, how we avoid them... in-fact every participant will come away with their own individual Stroke Profile.
